Ok but could improve

Sticker Mule has entered the fray when it comes to charm producers. I normally use Vograce to produce my charms, so I was excited to see a US based producer pop up. Print quality was the same tier as any other Sticker Mule products, so in that regard I have no complaints there. What really needed improvement was shipping. The charms come stacked on one another, not individually bagged like most charm producers. This is fine, if not a good thing given it prevents plastic waste. However, the backsides of the charms do not have any protection, so many of mine were damaged in transit. I DMed sticker mule via Twitter, and this was intentional. In addition the cuts to these charms were rough, and not nearly as nice and smooth as the other charms I've purchased. But this, along with more finishing options, can always be improved. Sticker Mule just started charms, so I imagine there's still room for improvement. Lastly, these do not come with clutches so you will have to purchase your own. Overall, unless you need a very small amount of charms, I don't recommend these. If you run a merch store there's just too much wiggle room to have merchandise rendered unsellable due to damage, plus you'll have to purchase your own clutches.
