Sent to wrong address

I don't know why my order went to my old address when my last 3 orders went to my correct address. Pretty upset about that.. now I don't have my order and can't retrieve it because I prefer not to go to my old address. I stopped using my old address awhile ago why all of a sudden it became default address?
