Crooked Lettering

I ordered twice my business stickers for my back window of my vehicle. I wasn't impressed at all. The first time I tried working with it and had to end up scrapping the stickers off. I then reordered and noticed the letters were crooked again on the vinyl. The vinyl is cut straight but the letters printed on it were clearly printed crooked. They started straight then went downwards on the vinyl. I couldn't even place it on my vehicle. I am not impressed at that is over $80 I have spent on these stickers.
