Not pleased at all

In less than a month I purchased almost $2,000 worth of labels. In which most I had to cut to fit or just use way too small. I had no time to re-order not to mention they arrived a day later which was the day of my launching. The labels for my children’s line was ridiculous. Majority of the labels being extremely too small. I asked for square labels yet received rectangle. I did not need long labels I needed wider to fit the products. Because it was launch day I just used a few to display but will have to re-order labels to fit the products as these products are going in store at a major mall. I had to do some cutting to try and make labels at least appear a certain way. Almost $2,000 worth of labels and majority of the labels didn’t fit at all especially for my children’s line which is my main line. In my order I requested for square labels however many were sent to me rectangular. I sent a message during review that said I’m asking why these labels have been changed to rectangle. I received a message back saying that is for tape so I approved the orders. This order was extremely too large for this many mistakes. My launch party was ruined and my children’s line display was terrible yet these products are being featured in the lighthouse mall also the Kentucky mall. This will cost me more money as I will have to order all new labels to display the products properly. I will not purchase again as this mess up was too big and way too costly. When ppl order they know exactly what they need please do not change label shapes unless confirmed with customers. I asked during review to eliminate this mess and was told it was for the tape roll in all reality messed up a gang of labels I can’t use smh
