Disappointed, should've checked proof closer

Andrew Sears

I've been happy with almost everything I ordered from Sticker Mule, but this was a significant disappointment. I'm sure they'd drop the blame on me as I did "approve" the print. The issue arose from their proof taking a "rounded corner" design/order and making a 'die cut' proof that I declined -- I'm not sure why they changed the proof type to die cut when I ordered rounded edges. In my comments, I mentioned it was for a mint tin lid - when the updated proof came back I didn't check close enough at the corner radius, so beware of that. Regardless the labels are useless unless I find a corner rounder and recut every corner before applying it to a tin. I understand proofs and approvals ... but to be honest, even accepting the blame for the mistake of approving the proof, I'll probably look elsewhere next time I need to order stickers or labels
