Not a general purpose hot sauce

Mule sauce is good but the sweet heat (for my tastebuds) is best only with barbecue or possibly tacos. This is not a sauce I would use with eggs or most other dishes. The spice is about right, though, because it is flavorful but not painful. The heat is also a bit delayed, so putting on too much initially can offset the benefit.
