dark color of the background did not come through as well as I expected

The dark color in the background is washed out in the final product. I wish the proofer would of mentioned that during the proofing process so I could have adjusted or at least be advised on best practices. Even the mock-up (from sticker mule) looks better than the final product. I have 300 of these now and not 100% I can pass them on to the team I'm working with.
