Room for Improvement

In the past, there hasn't been any issues with quality, but unfortunately, this order hit a snag. The frustrations began with the plastic film that's applied to the front of the acrylic. I get it, it's for protection, but it's so well adhered, that sometimes it takes 5min, just to remove the film. It would be nice if there was a little tab attached, or a peel here sticker. After that, I noticed that the pin backs didn't have any sort of locking mechanism. Again, for the price paid, having a more secure back, would improve the experience. The worst is getting home and realizing you've lost the pin, because the back came off. The last, and most important, issue I faced with this order, is the fact that a bunch of pins came stuck together, as the glue used to adhere the pin, was still wet when packaged. As a result, a bunch of the pins were ruined. It's great that the front of the pins are protected, but the most important part, the area with the printed image isn't. Now, I have a bunch of pins, with the design chipped away. There needs to be some protective layer put on the printed surface, otherwise all of this effort, is for not.
