Not up to Sticker Mule's standards

I'm a loyal and frequent customer of Sticker Mule products for a non-profit I run. This time I bought campaign buttons for my own political campaign. While the printing is very good, the pins arrive randomly oriented vs the artwork. They include instructions for adjusting the pins. I'm working my way through the order trying to orient the pins in a usable direction. I'm finding a significant percentage will not adjust resulting in the pins bending. I'm not happy that I have to do this at all and the time wasted and low success rate is irritating.
