Great Quality. Process a Challenge

Trust me. I love StickerMule. As a small business, we look to them despite less expensive competition with accessible customer service. Sometimes, the little things add up to cause me to pause, and it's part them, part me. I'm not an Adobe user—just a desktop jockey with ideas to engage my customers. But when I add a thin black line to a kiss-cut design, the least I'm hoping for is that their production team will ask if that's the cut line. Instead, I received an entire order—thankfully only a test run for a more meaningful order—with the kiss-cut line ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS—because we know everyone loves the instructions on their water bottle. I thought, "No problem. The Mules are so generous with that sauce that they will surely make this right, and we'll even up our order with that adjustment—from 100 pieces to 1000." But no—they offered a 10% discount on a future order, of which I'm honestly unsure there will be one. This isn't how the CEO built this company. And it's hard to love.
