Lots of printing errors and damage recently

I order these acrylic charms often. My last few orders (of not only this design but 3 others) all had many issues which required remakes. For this specific item, they had printing issues where the images were grainy and black lines were fuzzy/bleeding. Random nicks in the edges of many. And consistent marks around the bottom edges on all of them. It’s great that customer service is good and they’re willing to send a reprint but they sometimes do that and the reprint isn’t good either and of course you have to wait longer. So consistently having to to do that is getting old. It’d be nice if they “rush” produced the remake because this item for example is a Christmas item that I will now have much less time to sell. Going forward I will not be ordering anything that’s time sensitive.
