Got ripped off on my second order

This order was to include a "free" XXL t-shirt but of course it did not. Order was packed by Jen & Amber who dropped the ball. I sent an email to Sticker Mule and have heard nothing. Obviously do not care about repeat customers. Quality was very good. Customer service not so good. Looking to find another vendor that will follow through.
