Submitted my drawing one evening and got a proof back within a couple of hours. Wanted to make a color change, and got that adjustment back within a couple more hours. Ordered and received stickers within 2 days. Very easy, high quality!

4 out of 4 pieces were the wrong size. Gave EXTREMELY specific instructions on size and that I was on a strict deadline. Not sure if I will order again. I have 3 more projects this month. I like the material/finish/thickness of labels, but not sure if I want to chance it?
