The magnets I received arrived early, were well bundles, came with a few small gifts and I had a hand written thank you from the packer. Great stuff on the shipment side. The product itself was sealed in a plastic wrap, were functional and were everything I though that they would be. As a note, these are not as thick as a typical fridge magnet, but this does nothing to impact the function and quality.
