I ordered the flat sheet labels (13 different kinds) and noticed that the font was a little fuzzy but only on one side of the sheet. I think maybe they need to calibrate their printer. Not significantly but I noticed it, it was just enough that I thought maybe my glasses were dirty.  They did give me extra sheets but the amount of good printed labels was just under what I ordered.  I will still order from them but only the roll labels moving forward.

Printing Uneven on one side
