I'm a bit a of a pepperhead. I grew up in southern Louisiana when Tabasco was king. I also worked extensively in Mexico in the agricultural sector and spent a lot of time consuming incredible pepper varieties and their products. I initially thought Mule Sauce must be a gimmicked marketing plan for Sticker Mule. Nope. The sauce is legit, and its description of "sweet heat" is spot on. The sauce has plenty of great flavorful heat that's well balanced with a light sweetness that's not sugary at all. I'm a new huge fan. Great job!
