Terrible to Work With

I received a processing error message after submitting the purchase. So I went through with the order again and ended up getting charged twice. They won't refund the second charge on account of their payment processing error. I work with printers daily and have never come across a company like this. Go somewhere else, they aren't anything special. You can get there work at like 12 different places.
