Stickers Very Hard To Peel

I ordered these stickers thinking they would be easy to peel the backs off like my prior order - no luck! They are very hard to peel and are pretty unusable at this point. I brought this up with your customer service representative and she seemed unwilling to help. Ideally, I can return this order and just get the same order I got last time. The print quality is great - the ability to peel the sticker from the backing and lack of customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
