5 star - Customer Service - Something rarely seen these days

STICKER MULE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Even though my project is now complete, I felt the need to come back and write a second review. I wrote a review earlier about my disappointment with my buttons and stickers always printing darker than expected, darker than they appeared in the proofs. Sticker Mule told me that my color model was the issue. My images were created using the RGB color model but they PRINT in CMYK. If you are creating your images with an AI tool, you don’t have the option to choose, it’s all done in RGB. They patiently and kindly worked with me to find a solution. The answer in my case was they needed to overexpose my file so that it appeared too light on the proof but came out PERFECT on the buttons and stickers. If you can, start out using the matching color model, CMYK, then you will eliminate the headaches. I also rate the quality of the buttons highly, they feel substantial, not flimsy and cheap. I will use Sticker Mule again and I have already recommended them to friends.
