I ordered custom pins for an upcoming event. There was a mix up with the UPS delivery, and even though it was not Sticker Mule's error, that very same day customer service got a new order into production so I would have have the pins in time for my event. They were so helpful, and I felt valued as a customer. I will definitely order again and again, and highly recommend them for high quality custom products, value, and great customer service!!!
