I ordered custom samples and an order and both times, there were printing issues upon delivery which was definitely disappointing. But the customer service team really turned it around and fixed both a bleed issue and corrected a color to a custom color. Once they redelivered and got it right, it was exactly what I needed. Customer service is amazing! I had originally ordered a batch of these and a few had a printing error on one side. A black line in the middle. When I noticed and told them they immediately sent me replacements and were so nice about it. They replied so quickly. It’s hard to find customer service of this caliber these days. I order from them often and they always take great care of me.
