SM’s customer service is responsive, thorough and helpful in the ways you could hope. They’re sending replacement Stickers for the ones that were damaged in transit and even updated the design. All for free. Three Stars.

Our SUPER SLP magnets came out EXACTLY like I wanted them to. Absolutely spot-on with the kiss cutting of the margins. Bright colors and clear definition of graphics.

I placed an order rather late for 500 stickers rather late to my need date. I received confirmation that they would deliver in a week a day after that need date. I sent an email asking if Stickermule could ship a day earlier. I received a nice note saying they could not guarantee an earlier delivery. I really thought I ordered glossy but the mate finish is nice. I'm trying to figure out the hoodie thing. I'd like to order hoodies and shirts but I can't figure out how to see a preview before purchasing.

Been buying labels from sticker mule for a long time. Good labels and great service. But the 3x3 used to come individually cut and now they suddenly come on a continuous role making it a real hassle to distribute. I probably wont’ buy the 3x3 anymore for that reason. Otherwise love the stickers, keychains, and pins from SM.
