My client received the order and the quality really missed the mark. I ended up needing to rush order the same stickers from another company so she had what she needed on time. I’m requesting a refund for this order. I’d also appreciate any insight into what might have caused the issue so I can make sure it does not happen again.

The product is really nice. The only problem was that the design clearly showed some words in the background, but when I got them, they were essentially nonexistent. I wish the designer had warned me that they could have been hard to see.

The stickers themselves were fine, but I needed to speak with customer service about my order. The only contact option given is to text "Hi" to their customer service line. I received absolutely no acknowledgement or response despite several attempts. Will not order from them again.

Shirt did not look like the proof and had burnt white lines. Customer service automatically called me a liar and demanded photos. I've ordered lots of products from you. You messed up and refused to make it right. You wanted all these pictures proving that it was incorrect. Cool. Here's your proof. Are your shirts worth more than a customer?

Just received my hoodie today and is exactly the weight I was hoping for which is a midweight hoodie that’s super soft! The graphics color is barely muted so make up for that when you submit your image but overall super happy with the results and can’t wait to wear it!

I have had half a dozen tshirts of my artwork done by StickerMule and always get comments and compliments of how unique they are and where I had them made. I love this company.
