I've ordered 3 different pins now and noticed that the smaller you go, the worse the detail is. It's not terrible, but it's also not great.

I ordered custom stickers from Sticker Mule, and they turned out perfect! The print quality is super sharp, the colors came out exactly how I wanted, and the material feels really durable — not flimsy or cheap. Sticker Mule does a fantastic job of producing branded refrigerator magnets for my online coffee company. I enclose one of these magnets in each new customer's order. The magnet has an eye-catching image and displays my web address along the bottom. It is an inexpensive way to keep my name in front of my customers. You did the size you said you needed to do but didn’t think it would make much of a difference but they’re too small. I should have sent a file that was 3x3”.
