UPDATE: Customer service has been fantastic, and the keychain issue is hopefully resolved 👍 The detail of the requested image has come out beautifully, but it is too dark, the only way to see the colours and details is to shine a light directly on it / take a photo with a flash, at just the right angle to not obscure the image with the flash reflection. They look fantastic, I was so happy with them when I saw them. But they are massively let down by not sticking well at all - and it was very difficult to peel the backing off them, finding an edge to catch with my short nails frequently resulted in simply tearing the paper, leaving a thinner layer to try and peel off. This was a surprise treat that was automatically added to my order for spending above a certain threshold. It is very nice and just the right amount of heat. I will not order it on it's own / just to get the sauce, due to delivery charges and how slow delivery is, being shipped from Italy, but it was a nice little treat that was included in my one-off large order of other items.
