Message queues in Reply help you keep your conversations organized and easy to manage. Each queue shows messages based on their status, so you always know what's new, what's in progress, and what's done.
- New: Fresh messages that haven't been assigned or replied to yet.
- Mine: Threads assigned to you personally.
- Open: All open threads (assigned or not).
- Resolved: Replied threads that are complete. If a customer responds again, the thread automatically reopens and reassigns to the previous handler.
