Is Commissions only available to US residents?

Currently, [Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "Commissions referral program") is only available to residents of the US, Canada, and Mexico. This does not include US territories.

Question 2

Can I withdraw my Commissions earnings whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

No. Earnings are automatically deposited into your PayPal account on the 1st of every month. There is no minimum payout amount.

Question 3

Why didn't my Commissions ID verification work?

Accepted Answer

[Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program") ID verification might fail for a variety of reasons, such as:
- You are not located in the US, Canada, or Mexico
- Your ID is expired
- You are trying to submit an invalid form of ID
- Your selfie does not match your ID photo
- You are already verified under another account

Why do I need to be verified for Commissions?

To make [Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program") fair for everyone, the verification process ensures that a person can only sign up for one account where they'll receive commissions from purchases.

Question 5

What is the minimum age to be eligible for Commissions?

Accepted Answer

You must be at least 18 years old to use, access, or participate in the Commissions program.

Question 6

What forms of ID do you accept for Commissions sign up?

Accepted Answer

We accept a valid US driver's license or state ID.

We also accept valid IDs from the following countries:
- Canada
- Mexico

Question 7

Can I have more than one account verified for Commissions?

Accepted Answer

No. It is only possible to be verified for Commissions and markups under one account.

Question 8

How do I set up my store to receive commissions?

Accepted Answer

If you're enrolled in Commissions, your [store](https://www.stickermule.com/stores "sticker mule store") is already set up with a unique sign-up link for new customers. You can also add items to your store to help boost your commissions. Please note, you will only receive a Commission if the purchaser is a first time buyer.

Commissions is currently only available to residents of the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Question 9

How do Commission referrals work?

Accepted Answer

When a new customer is referred to Sticker Mule by you, you can earn commission on their orders for **one year**.

A new customer can become your referral in two ways:

* **Referral link:** They create a new Sticker Mule account using your unique referral link.
* **Your Store:** They place their first Sticker Mule order through your Store.

Once they become your referral, you’ll earn **10% commission on eligible orders they place for the next year**.

You can view your referrals in your **[Commissions dashboard](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions)** and track your earnings on your **[Earnings page](https://www.stickermule.com/account/earnings)**.

Earnings are automatically deposited into your connected bank account **5 days after an order ships**, with no minimum payout amount.

Question 10

When will I see Commissions earnings in my wallet?

Accepted Answer

[Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program") earnings will appear in your wallet immediately. Earnings will have a pending status until the order ships. Once an order ships, the status will change to completed. If the order is canceled, earnings will have a canceled status.

Question 11

Why didn't I receive a commission for a store purchase?

Accepted Answer

The [Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program") referral link is the primary factor in attributing the referral to our system. If someone makes a purchase through your [store](https://www.stickermule.com/stores "sticker mule store"), but they initially used another person's referral link, the credit will go to the referrer whose link was used.

How can I promote my products for Commission?

Accepted Answer

There are many ways you can promote your products to help boost your Commissions earnings. Each product, as well as your store, has a share link. You can include this link in your emails, blog posts, on your website, or on social media pages to help drive traffic.

Where can I track my Commissions purchases and referrals?

Accepted Answer

You can track Commissions sign-ups, sales, and purchases under the __Summary__ tab in your account.

Do my Commissions referrals need to sign up for an account?

Accepted Answer

No. If your referral checks out as a guest, their purchases will be attached to the email address they use during checkout. Any future purchases made under that email address will earn you commission.

Question 15

Will my previous affiliate referrals count toward Commissions?

Accepted Answer

No, old referrals do not count toward commissions.

Question 16

Can I use my Commissions earnings to place Sticker Mule orders?

Accepted Answer

No. Commission's earnings are automatically deposited into your bank account five days after an order ships, and are not available to use on Sticker Mule orders.

Question 17

Does the person I referred through Commissions get a credit?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Anyone who signs up via a commissions link will receive a $10 credit.

Question 18

Will my Commissions link be the same as my old referral link?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have a [referral link](https://www.stickermule.com/support/faq/partnerships/do-you-have-a-referral-program "do you have a referral program?") that you already use, it will be used for [Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program") as well. That means any links and embed banners you’ve previously shared will continue to work. Any new users that sign up using this link will automatically be counted towards your Commissions referrals.

Question 19

How long can I receive a commission off of my referrals?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a commission for one year. After one year, referee purchases don't generate commissions anymore.

Question 20

Can I still use your referral program if I don’t want to sign up for Commissions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both programs will be available. However, if you are enrolled in [Commissions](https://www.stickermule.com/commissions "commissions referral program"), you won't be able to accumulate credit from the referral program anymore.
