I have ordered several sets of pin badges and they have all come out great. Initially all badges had a white protective film on there, which was easy to remove. This last lot of orders, the film has been changed to a clear protective film. That is not problem the problem is trying to REMOVE the protective film! It's so hard to do now!!! Printing quality was impressive, but the design of the item was a bit lacklustre. The clear plastic feels bulky and in my opinion doesn't suit my round design - great to get the opportunity to find this out while this item was offered as a deal. Well, what can I say! Perfect customer service from uploading my artwork, proofing, production, completion and the fastest turnaround delivery I have ever seen from a manufacturing company. All my acrylic pins arrived in perfect condition and they are soo adorable to look from an illustration to reality! I'll definitely be back for more products x
