Reviews for acrylic charms

They did not have the protective film as advertised. I picked at several of them for a long time and they definitely don’t have film on them like my previous order did. The edges are rough and chipped. Low quality. Scratched up as a result of being shipped together with no protective film. Better off going with a different manufacturer.

I loved the quality of these charms. One thing I think would add to the product is maybe giving a backing to the colored side as like a protective layer? And maybe just an option to add hooks to the product. Otherwise, the keychains themselves are very durable, I've had one on my bag for a week and it still looks brand new, no blemishes or anything. I ordered the wrong size I ordered the 1” charms where I was meant to order the 3”. However customer service was amazing and was able to order my 3” keychains and gave me a discount. Such Great Customer Service.

The quality is fantastic and the production and shipping times were very good!

I really love these charms and I love this service. It's at a very reasonable price, production and shipping are fast and the shipping itself is free which we love. When you send your art file, be sure that it is in CMYK color mode. They do not tell you this during the ordering process and I had to spend some time doing my own research, after which I found that my drawing program saves files in RGB format, which is not ideal for printing, as certain colors (primarily blue) will not show up and your art will become dull or washed out in color.
