My package never came , pure scamm

I ordered my vinyl logo, and I really wanted the background transparent, but that was not possible, and I totally understood! It arrived 3 days earlier then expected, and it was pure perfection! The shipping packaging was a bit overkill, too large. I am glad I ordered an extra one of these because the top one had some bent/crinkle spots that I wouldn't have been able to give to my client. It was an $8 difference for the extra one and I'm glad I have one for myself now. But the quality of this vinyl is amazing.
