It looks like a Homemade Iorn-on decal. I first tried the white T shirt in Size Large. Fit tight. So ordered colored shirt in size XL. It was waaaay too big. So thinking colored shirts ran larger than white shirts. I reordered in size Large and tried to improve graphic. Size Large was too small again.
