Edges roughly cut and lots of defective items. If we had bought them to sell, it would have been impossible to do that due to quality issues. Sent email complaining, and never got a reply.

The keychains came out perfect! I used them to place inside an employee thank you goodie bag for dropping off items for the company coat drive! The employees for excited to see them in the bag!

I believe the error is mine since I was provided the proof (I would need to go back and check my proof) but I did not recall seeing that the keychain was not going to be cut symmetrically. The image is perfect (thank you) and symmetric but the cut out is not and although minor is noticeable when you look and touch it.

Absolutely flawless! The key ring is printed perfectly and I cannot fault it at all.

Would give 0 if it'd let me.
