Overall the product looks great. Almost 5 stars. The back is not protected with plastic. So over time the image will get scratched. For a keychain that’s going to get thrown in a purse, that not the best. Next time I will opt for a pin. The open back shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, 4 stars.

I had a problem with my first order because my logo was so thin but the Sticker Mule team helped me and made the correction so seamless! Now I am so happy & can't wait to create more designs!

So firth of all, the finish and quality of these keychains are amazing, the only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because It wasn't clear to me when purchasing that they would only be one sided (the reverse side being whiteout). We had these made for our youth group as a little Christmas giveaway for all of the students. The turn around time was impressive and when I didn't order enough, they were able to a second quick order for me and throw in a discount even though I made the mistake. I love StickerMule! Always 100% satisfied!

The keychains look nice, but the design is applied to the plastic in a way that chips off easily. Several are already chipped from rubbing against each other in the bag during shipping. I'm considering gluing two keychains back to back, so they'll be double-sided and the design will be somewhat protected.

They are kinda terrible. My fault for not realizing the light/dark slider on the mock-up changes the background behind the product not the actual background of the product itself, I thought it was two-sided and also on a white background.
