Just got my first order of charms and love them. I appreciate that they come with a film cover to protect against scratches in transit. Somehow I missed that the hole is only 2mm, though, when the standard ball-chain keychain is 2.5mm so I'm having to enlarge that to make them usable. Would love to also see a 1.5" size. Thanks.

Super happy with the charms that I ordered. Quality seems great (like all of my Sticker Mule products). I'll be ordering more.

Overall very pleased with the quality, we went with the smallest one and they are still very detailed. The protective film is nice but also a pain to remove.

These are amazing, quality charms for the price! As a heads up, the backing where the charm image is located is unprotected, so it can easily be scratched. I am turning mine into pins and had experimented with one of them to see if I could use a clear nail polish could protect the image. Do not do this. The clear polish totally lifted the image. I really like my charms I think the printing turned out nice. There were three things I would change if I could; 1. The colors on the charms turned out significantly lighter than my design/online proof (I purposely made my colors darker In my design though thinking this might happen so this didn't ruin my charms thankfully) 2. I had high hopes for these as gifts for my customers, but they are not of sufficient quality. The edges are sharp and I can't even put a standards key ring through the hole. The back is not even encased, it's just the back of a sticker. Oh well.

Acrylic and design came out perfect. But very sad to see there is a wedge cut into the head near the hole which looks like a corner. Also, the rim around the hole is SO large and thick that finding jump rings to accommodate has been hard... I will be ordering again but I need to know this issue won't happen again.
