The quality is awesome!

Though there were several complications with UPS wherein they stated that my address didn't exist and therefore never attempted deliveries, the customer service team for Sticker Mule went above and beyond; shipping a replacement to a new address, with no extra cost to me. The charms themselves are absolutely excellent quality, and I'm looking forward to sending them off to their new homes!

These charms are great and I am so happy Sticker Mule started to make charms. However, I wish there was a protective backing on these charms. The front is protected, but the back is totally exposed and can instantly scratch the design away. Some of my charms arrived with the bits of the design scratched off. I was in a time crunch for an event and found sticker mule on google. I saw the four day turn around time and thought what the heck give it a shot. Uploading my logo straight from my iPhone was simple. Then, I placed my order and waited for two days. Wait, what. Yes it was from store to door in two days. I was blown away. The keychains look amazing and I will definitely be getting more!

Had some problems at first but Sticker Mule was quick to correct it. Looks great now! And the Customer service was easy and incredibly friendly!!

Amazing quality but would be way better had them came with the rings to fit. It’s hard finding those to add on
