The logo on my key chains is backwards. Who do I contact to reverse and reprint or get a refund?

I love these! The only thing I wish for is a pull tab for the acrylic film! It’s on there so well; you can leave it on, but the pin won’t be as shiny. Five stars because I will continue to order these, as otherwise they are great pins! 🥰

My uploaded logo came out a bit too large, not sure if that was my fault or not. But I am going to try another one.

Not happy with these as the keychains look super faded, I won't be giving these out, so in the trash they go. I also dislike that there is a sticker backing on the backside, so the art is on the sticker and has to go through 1/8th plexiglass on top and it makes everything blurry and cloudy.

For me, it's more of a treat when this shows up with my order than the items. Just a little adds a great mix of flavor and spice without one overpowering the other. 10/10 will always order again!

The envelopes were correct size and had the correct print on them. They would have been great had it not been for a blank white line on all of them, and a stripped line on the back of about 3 of them. It looks like a machine error when they were printed. Didn't mess up the envelope itself, but the printing isn't up to par. Can't use these for influencer or marketing copies, but for giveaways or di... Saiba mais
