The absolute best purchase I ever made. We make hundreds of buckets of cotton candy daily and this has incresed our production by 10 fold. So much faster to add stickers and labels now. What took us hours to do by hand now takes us seconds.

Got this as a surprise for my packing folks and they fell in love right away. It made a difference the moment they started using it. We have a large variety of sizes with our stickers and it works with all of them. We plan on ordering another one.

Seems to work fine now but out of the box it did not power on. After reaching customer service we were told that there is a wire that often comes loose in shipping and the device would need to be taken apart, the wire reattached, and then it should work. I ordered this label dispenser last week and couldn't be more thrilled! Our ice cream company uses roughly 1,000 nutritional stickers a week. Before this machine we would peel stickers from the roll and stick them on by hand, this process took hours to accomplish a week. This was simple to use and worked right out of the box. Time is money and having the label ready to grab is worth the cost. Think about the orientation of your labels, you may want to orient the labels a different direction on the roll.

Labels dispense clean and consistent, but the machine randomly turns itself off. Seems to have some sort of built-in auto-off function that no one wants. At first glance out of the box, it looks gigantic - but it's designed to hold many sizes of labels, which it does.
