When I received this label dispenser I did a cursory look over the instructions and loaded it up and started dispensing. I love this thing - it's a lot larger than I expected, the packaging is gorgeous as is the product. It has brought our shipping department into the future, that's for sure. Who knew using stickers could be simplified and made so elegant?

I send out stickers and letters to children daily and this tape dispenser has made my life so much easier!!!

This label dispenser is amazing! It looks great and it’s WAY bigger than anticipated! I thought it was gonna be a tiny little dispenser, it is large and in charge!! I had no idea what I was missing before I got this guy!

First of all, this thing is the real deal. It is big, well constructed and made of high quality plastic and metal. It is a real machine and makes my Dymo Label Writer, for example, look like a piece of junk in contrast and it stays put on the table thanks in part to its heft and non-slip rubber feet. speeds up production, my team and I love it!

I really needed this label maker, and unfortunately it arrived broken. I will now have to reach out to customer service to have it replaced, and now I'll have to delay my project until the new label maker arrives.

Showed up some loose wires, but once those were reattached, worked great. Time saver.

When you are in auto feed mode it shuts down after 10 minutes of use while using. I was sent another one and it does the same thing. Fix and I will start using again. Just sits on the shelf now. I mail out about 150 packages a week and this would have been nice for my thank you labels.

Setup was challenging, and though the instructions kinda make sense once operational...this isn't working the way I thought it would. I have a feeling it's the sensor placement.
