This is my second time ordering from them and I did have high expectation when it comes to ordering and getting them within 3 weeks to Australia. Everything was fine until I received them, I did the quality check and 31/60 acrylic charms (mind you 3 separate designs I ordered with 20 quanity) has visible scratch and crack. We used the sticker on a wedding cake box. It was a little tricky getting it off the transfer paper, due to the finish on the box we were applying to and the thin-ness of the letters, but after much patience, the outcome was amazing!!!
