I was disappointed when I rec'd my keychains. But, it looks to be my own fault. I expected the image to be encased within the acrylic. Upon further look at the website I see that this is not what they were actually selling, so no fault to the company. I should have looked closer before ordering. This is my second time ordering from them and I did have high expectation when it comes to ordering and getting them within 3 weeks to Australia. Everything was fine until I received them, I did the quality check and 31/60 acrylic charms (mind you 3 separate designs I ordered with 20 quanity) has visible scratch and crack.
