I ordered pins and I’m very disappointed with the result. The logo and letters are way too small — so small that the design cannot even be understood. If a product is going to look this bad, the company should tell the customer or review the design before producing. Instead, they charged me for something that looks wrong and is basically useless. We wanted to get pins, and didn't know where to start. I decided to give Sticker Mule a shot as I was ordering a bunch of stickers. LOVE the way that the pins turned out! Great image! Great size! Very happy with the product!!!

You all sent me a second printing of my pins, to try and fix the pale print job from the first order. But the second try is not centered on the pin, the colors are about the same, and the lettering is much darker. So, I guess I'll just stick with the first batch, as the second looks definitely like a mistake.

Our company pins came out perfect! Don't be fooled by theme appearing to have a blue tint, it is a film that protects the pins; which I was appreciative for. Will be ordering again.

What a great company to do business, with and "over the top" customer service! I initially placed an order for Sticker Mule's lucite/plastic pins, which arrived with a disappointing result. Yes, I removed the film on my acrylic pins. My logo is very washed out and pale looking. The lines are also not crisp.
