I originally had a different image that ended up being too thin for the sticker transfer process - their team edited my image so it would print properly and explained why they edited it. I ended up sending over a completely different image seamlessly and the turnaround was extremely fast. Approved the new design and got my stickers within the next 3 days. Great product and you get exactly what your proof looks like. I use one on my skydiving helmet and the sticker itself is holding up really well.
