Buttons were messed up and broken ..

I purchased 200 buttons but more than 6 buttons were messed up. The metals were completely off, I tried fixing them but they were impossible to fix. Very disappointed, I've purchased various times but this order was filled with messed up buttons. I gave them 3 stars bc they are lovely buttons and the colors are always lovely and there is usually only 1 or 2 buttons messed up but has never been THIS BAD..
