Item not good quality as showed on png.

Hola, I just received my order. I was very excited to open it because after all the back and forth with the team (making sure they had all details at hand) I knew there was no way it could go wrong. Sadly that was not the case. And I didn’t expect perfection but I was hoping for them to at least be better than my own home printed labels. Few things to know: I spoke with agents and shared type of paper, what the color should look like and even discussed sizes and quality of prints. When the team sends pictures for revision I asked if they would turn out better quality than what I was seeing and they assured me YES. As per agent they lower quality when they send it to be approved via email but they would print out beautifully. The feedback: 1. Sticker labels are very very dark. Much more than what they look like on the png sent. On my special edition label is so dark that you can barely see the details of the drawings. 2. Some sticker labels have a error line on them. Which lowers quality even more. 3. The round sticker is not very legible. When I spoke to agent I showed him/her my home label which had even smaller letters it was perfectly legible. As per suggestions of the team I still made it bigger to be sure it would look better and unfortunately its not good quality at all. 4. All labels bubble when you stick them to your desired surface. Sadly again, it doesn’t look profesional because of it. I’ll have to think of ways to flatten them. 5. Quality overall all is good but not great (as I read on many reviews). Wouldn’t personally use for products to sell. Unfortunately I have a deadline for my business and of course payed for these stickers so I have to use them. 6. Fast shipping. Cool gift for multiple orders. 7. Nice packaging, well protected. I am sharing this rreview on the page for transparency. It is very important that people know what to expect. I was brought here by all the amazing reviews but unfortunately my story is not as positive. I am disappointed about that because the team seemed nice and attentive. Wish they would have matched what we discussed with the labels. Hope my soon to be customers are not too unhappy with my label quality. And love my items. Pictures were sent to the team via email.
