Cheap and fast, not good quality.

Cheap and fast, but the quality is bad. I sent in my artwork and received a proof within a half hour. Lightning fast! I asked for revisions: for a hole to be drilled on the bottom, for the print to be double-sided, and for the back (white ink) to be laminated with clear vinyl (because I saw other reviews about the white backs chipping). I got an answer within an hour: they rejected my changes. "We only allow for one cut hole per acrylic charm and we only offer one-sided printing for acrylic charms. Also, every acrylic charm includes a clear, protective film to prevent scratching." I asked for a picture of the back, which they did not send. I approved it anyway. My charms were estimated to be received in the mail within a week and arrived even faster than that. The front and how my image looked was beautiful! Unfortunately, the back of two of them already had scratches in the white ink upon arrival, and the side of one was chipped. The sides of the acrylic on all of them was very sharp, obviously not sanded/buffed. There was a clear film on the FRONT of the charm to protect it, but no clear film on the back like I had asked for. I knew from other reviews that the white would chip eventually, but I was shocked to see some of them already chipped upon receipt. This company is great for charms if you don't have a lot of money to spend and need the charms very fast (like to give to a friend for their birthday), but the quality is not worth it if you plan to sell them. These are not high enough quality to be considered re-sellable, in my opinion. I found another charm company that offers double-sided printing, smooth edges, two holes, and provides a clasp for almost the same price (~$3 per charm), so even though the shipping is higher and the mailing process is longer, I will likely be using them in the future.
