Way too saturated

The photo on the shirt turned out to be waaaaay too saturated then what was sent in. Even the proof didn't show it looking like that. I don't know what happened or if that is the printing process but the skin color in the photo on the shirt is like tangerine/orange. Compared to the natural tan/olive skin color that is in the original photo. Maybe it's because the photo is being printed on a black shirt? It was a test buy anyways.
