Proofs were created quickly - even the multiple changes I had to make trying to get my art just the right size (my issue, not theirs). I paid for express shipping and had the items 12 hours after they told me my order had shipped. Great quality too!

In all my years as a small business owner I have never been able to directly communicate with production as I was able to with Sticker Mule. I had an issue getting the right kind of file format to upload and I was sent amazing step by step instructions AS WELL AS direct communication via email - back and forth!
