First time ordering with Sticker Mule, and it was perfection, starting with the rapid proofing process, recommendations, and production. The customer service and shipping are exceptional. I will be working with them for sure.

I sent a Screen Shot to the “customer support” email showing that I said their measurements were wrong, and they STILL sent the wrong measurements. And their response was we didn’t do anything wrong on our end so you can’t return…. You literally did it wrong. Worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. Literally terrible. I ordered a 3x2 and received a 4x6. And then was told no you received a 6x4… and that’s not our issue. The “Customer Support” is the worst I’ve ever seen. I had a deadline I needed these done by… and now I have to tell everyone who ordered from ME that I can’t send out their products due to a label issue. Embarrassing. Never ordering from here again.
