Originally, we ordered die-cut stickers which was a bad choice for this design. The shrink-wrap wrecked the points in our delivery. Your shop was willing to replace them with kiss-cut at no extra cost and got them to us in time to ship to our customers. I am really happy with the way my Dragonfly stickers came out. The little details in the original artwork were preserved and even the finish of the sticker itself was nice- most have a real kinda glossy look to them and these stickers have more of a satin, semi-gloss appearance. Classy.
