This is the only thing that gets me. There doesn't seem to be any surefire way to guarantee that the long side of the the label will be at the edge of the roll (photo attached.) I thought by submitting the art rotated that they'd be printed correctly. That's just not the case 100% of the time. We've ordered these before and the layout of the labels on the roll have been perpendicular to the edge of the roll. Assuming this was a standard layout, we ordered a larger volume, but this time the labels were made parallel with the edge of the roll. Love the satin/sheen finish on these, and the logo came out perfectly despite the fact that I only have lower-res files of it from the designer. They look great on my cake boxes and enhance the branding of my bakery overall!
